This has been an age old question: When is the best time of the day to exercise? If you are looking to lose weight or just want to lead a healthy wholesome life, you need to exercise everyday. But some days it is very difficult to exercise despite your best efforts to do so. One best and tested way to do so is to exercise on a consistent basis and not be afraid to take a day off every week or so.
