Working Long Hours Could Increase Heart Disease Risk

We’ve all heard the old saying “A little hard work won’t kill you”…Well it might just do that. According to a recent study published recently in the Annals of Internal Medicine. For those of us that knock out 10-12 hrs. a day at the office, rather than the recommended 7-8 hrs., stand an increased risk of of a heart attack or dying from heart disease by 67 percent. It is also mentioned that your personality as well as your fat intake plays a role also in heart disease.
